BECAUSE USD/JPY HAD BROKEN A PREVIOUS RESISTANCE (110.150 ).. RESISTANCE TURNING TO SUPPORT ..
WE CAN USE THIS SUPPORT AS ( STOP LOSS ) FOR LONG POSITIONS .

Mutual & Hedge Fund had bought EUR/USD ( Long Positions ) in 23/10 @ 1.2648 ,and this position still opened , After Hammer candlestick ( 30/10 ) this Matual Fund had added new positions ( long ) @ 1.2612 & price now @ major support @ 1.2498
SO THAT :
1 - If u have short position , u should protect ur profit & take defense actions .
2 - manual fund will use this support strongly to add positions to reach 1.2612 at least .
