The smell of the soil, shouts and shrieks of ecstasy, fists thrown up in the air and a surreal concert going. This visual itself has got something mystical in the making. The open-air concerts or even fairs used to tantalize me during the childhood days. Not so much now -don't know why. May be because of the insatiable love towards books and reading. The writers and thinkers rarely conduct such 'popular' events !
