A walk in the park today. Did over 20000 steps. Great weather. Prefer to do my meditation at home though.
Vegetables decrease tobacco usage
I have noticed that when I eat more vegetables I feel like smoking less tobacco. It helps. 10000 steps a day is going great and making some progress in meditation.
Apart from eating...
10000 steps a day is a piece of cake ????. If you go shopping and walk around a large supermarket looking for groceries then you're almost half way there. Sleeping 8-9 hours is doable and should be the norm. Trying out meditation. And cutting down on my tobacco intake by using an ecigarette more and more often instead. Nicotine intake has to stay constant though.
