My favorite dish

I don't like Latvian national recipes. But I would like to tell you about my favorite apple pie.
Recipe is easy! VEEERY EASY!
  • First of all, you should buy (or take from your garden) apples, but not very sweet, because taste will be too simple.
  • Wash, clean from the peel, cut in a small pieces
  • Then you have 2 options - buy flour mixture or do it by your own. I bought due to have specific taste. If you bought mixture, you should roll out the dough, using flour.

National dish

Hello friends,
I come from Czech republic. And Czech republic has famous great czech cousine and czech great czech beer.
I would like to show you our national dish "Sirloin in cream sauce" called in czech "Svíčková". It is delicious combination of tender beef with creme sauce and of course neccessary dumplings.
And I you want to prepare it at home you will need.
Ingredients:
750 g beef (beef or rear)
150 g of carrots
150 g celery
75 g of parsley
1 large onion
50 g bacon, cut into narrow wedges

No, no no....it's not national dish! :)

Sorry, I’m not national food lover. I prefer Asian food. ..I love wok food.
One of my recipe:
Cut vegetables in to small pieces (whatever you like e.g. carrots, onions, cabbages, turnips, celery root, celery stalks, mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, etc.)
Take a wok pan and heat the oil well.
Fry shrimps ( I prefer big ones) p.s. also you can use meat
In the same time boil noodles
Then fry vegetables and mix it all together
Put some souce (soy, coconut, sweat and sour..... whatever you like)
