1. EAT BRAIN - STIMULATING PRODUCTS, SUCH AS VEGETABLES, FRUIT, FISH, WINTER SQUASH, KIDNEY, SPINACH, BROCCOLI, ETC. DON'T FORGET TO DRINK GREEN TEA AND RED WINE IN MODERATION.
