I live in Riga, but I can't remember, that I told you my thoughts about it. In this capital city leaves a little bit more than 701 thousand people. Riga is small. Not only in geographical meaning, but also in thought that everybody knows everyone. In this post I won't talk about politics or economics etc. Just about city as it is.
