Every one should go to gym
It is good idea that you can practice sports in any place, in home, in street and sometimes in your work but going to gym is the best idea, why ?
- because you will play sports in regular time not depend on your activity or your emotions or your free time, when you book a gym, you will give your self enough time to go and play sports.
Summary of second week (3 kg drop)
- Drink an adequate amount of water: more water became habit for me and hot temperature helped, at least 2.5-3.0 L daily.
- Drink a glass of water 15 minutes before eating : one of the most intelligent ways to reduce your meal size, I used this technique before marathon and will continue as diet habit for life.
- The last meal should be 3-4 hours before sleep : For me my dinner just fruits, one apple, one banana or some orange but just fresh fruits.

Another day with running, doing sit ups and walking but this time with new record high, happy weekend.

Run 3.26 Km in 30 minutes
I ran today about 3.00 KM in around 30 minutes, it was very special sport, which I will manage to do it in a routine way. I used Samsung health App to manage running.
My weight 76.7
After accepting challenge, my weight 76.7, challenge is to reduce it 2-3 KG in the next 20 days in order to make goal in these summer marathon.
nowadays, I drank at least 2.5 liter of water, I drank big cup of water before meal and this reduce my meal size, my dinner at 7-8 P.M., my sleep at least 11.50 P.M.

Android apps to count steps or running
When challenge accepted to do 10,000 steps daily and running one weekly, I looked for app in Android to make the count duty. The most popular app called "Pedometer, Step Counter & Weight Loss Tracker App"
but this app was not able to be downloaded in my mobile because it is not new, so I chose to download this app "Pedometer - Accupedo" and it worked well,
