The unstoppable stock market machine: A bubble or a lack

The unstoppable stock market machine: A bubble or a lack of technicals?

I was thinking to myself over the weekend about the situation in stocks. A huge part of trading is technical analysis and it’s general ability to become a self fulfilling prophecy. If everyone is trading off the same levels then it adds depth and definition to the market.
Take stock markets at all time highs, what if there is no tech?
How do all the tech heads trade against a trend or find levels to enter into the market, e…

I have a Twett saved to Favorites, it reads: The forces that move the world do not use technical analysis, but technicians can recognize the ways of these forces.

Some counterintuitive market moves

Some counterintuitive moves since the deal was announced are a warning signHere’s the list:
  • Dollar falling
  • Gold rising
  • Stocks flat or down a tad
The market saw this coming last Wednesday and began buying USD/JPY, other yen crosses, Aussie, stocks and selling gold. At this point, the result shouldn’t be a surprise for anyone and it was a signal to take profits if you made the trade a few days ago. It’s a good time to look at the technicals to see what’s weak, strong and what needs a pullback.

Go With The Flow Into Water Investments

If investing were to be made based on the research of the American Society of Civil Engineers, portfolios would be loaded up with water utility stocks. In its recent annual study, Report Card for America’s Infrastructure, very poor reviews were in order. From that, profitable investing in the sector should be on tap for those buying shares of the companies that will upgrade the water infrastructures for the United States and other countries around the world. Based in Pennsylvania, Aqua Americ…

Market Forecast for the Near Future.

Market Forecast for the Near Future. I think stock market shows signs of resiliency. I believe stock market will see a good interest from retail clients in the near future, because this is the only game in town. Bonds became very dangerous investment because of expected changes in Federal Reserve monetary policies. As long as we will not have very strong economic data coming out in the near future that would push interests rates over the top, the stock market will not sell off. Treasury …

How do you think market is responding to the Federal

With the recent announcements from the Federal Reserve about ending monetary stimulus and considering mixed economic data, I think most would agree that the market is behaving very good taking profits and responding to a non-inflation environment. For example, gold considered a barometer for inflation and gold is continuing a downward trend trading for less than 1300 per ounce which was predictable. For commodities, China reduced the demand for copper and industrial metals. And after signals…

USD is quite strong no matter what. Only EUR is showing some unsubstantiated strength. I guess 'hope' is the new fundamental. Fed's presence is necessary and will always be in order to push economy in the right or preferred ways. Every world's economy has its own logic and policy. While RBA is not interfering that much, BOJ does a lot. Fed looks in between these two.

That it will soon withdraw the stimulus, is subject to an increase in positive figures for a long time so this is the perfect argument. This thought before Wednesday 18 communication and I think that so behaved the FED.
