I'm starting a chain of quotes which can help every trader to learn from the best. Personally, I think that psychology is one of the most important things in trading.
Let's begin with Warren Buffet. He says: "NEVER TEST THE DEPTH OF RIVER WITH BOTH THE FEET."
I often tried to enter the market with both feet and it didn't end up well, believe me. Lesson learned!

that's nice. But I don't agree with the pic.. I don't consider trading as gambling.... :)... how ever gambling could be done like trading....;)

I added the "all in" picture from poker. Because trading should NOT be like poker (all in). We have to take proper risk-reward ratio. :)
