Sharpshooter Понимаю тебя, сама такая... Это из-за эмоциональных всплесков. Организм привыкает работать сверхурочно, переходит определенную границу и работает уже на какой-то резервной энергии..
В таких случаях мне помогают 2 варианта.
1. Ждать пока израсходуются все силы, тогда могу долго спать, часов 10) но это редко бывает..
Второй в личку напишу.
