Hi, everybody. I was always curious about different kind of food that is strange for our country. I always try to find something new and interesting. Not so long time ago, I discovered a new restaurant in the city centre of Kiev, so today, my choice fell on the Chinese food. I think that I have tried all the menu of this restaurant It was so weird, but so delicious. I tried a snake soup, chicken( the most tender, I ever tried), lots of different salads, fruit, mushrooms, rice, a couple of cockt…

My friend from Hong Kong says that you need to walk the restaurant first to look for small animal cages.  Try the cow tendon. It is as tender as bean sprout.

The French have some strange dishes when you go expensive. They have a recipe where a small bird is boiled alive and then roasted. The epinephrine released during the panic is supposed to make the meat tender, I think it is sadistic. Where is PETA when it counts?

??? Strange this Rumor.Confuse you can be with the lobster. Moreover unlike adrenaline makes firmer meat.
