The New Home Sales is one of indicators that measures state of housing market in U.S. After mortgage crisis started in 2007 this indicator show big improvment suggesting that situatuion around housing market is getting better every year till present. In last print it showed an increase around 667K new home sales and it is oscilating around 650K numbers lately. Worse reading (620K expected) might have imediate bearish effect on dollar but it might be short-lived and the price might move into bullish bias afterwards.
