I was used to excelent speed even on 5 second chart but today it is the worst what I experienced with dukascopy, its slower than SNAIL!!!!

today it is impossible to trade on any chart in java platform under 5min chart - i missed several trades and everything is very slow dukascopy should do something with this - it is not due to my internet connection because all 5min charts and higher are fast but whenever i switch on lower timeframe platform stops reacting - even worse then mt4.
