The strategy works on 5 minutes timeframe and EUR/AUD pair and it uses the market’s retracements. When the the price is above the RSI on a 14 periods and 65 level is considered overbought, when the price is under the RSI on a 14 periods and 35 level is considered oversold. After that the ADX on a 12 periods and 25 level tell us the market strength, if the price is above 25 level the trend in strong enough and a small retracement is close. Finally when the MACD (8,14,6) fast SMA cross the slow SMA the position get opened. The standard position trade volume is calculated in this way: (Equity * 35)/100000 Standard positions have 10 pips take profit and 200 stop loss, but when the position is losing more than 45 pips it gets closed and a new recovery position gets opened with 15 pips take profit and 120 stop loss and triple lot amount. If the recovery position gets opened also the next standard position will have a triple lot amount. In this way all the previous loss get immediately recover. All the settings have been choosen for best result tried on backtests.
