It´s a strategy based on a Donchian Channel. The strategy is opening a long position when the closing price of the previous bar is higher than the high line. The Startegy is closing this long position when the closing price of the previous bar is lower than the low line and immediately opening a short position. Closing the short position when the closing price of the previous bar is higher than the high line. The Strategy filters weekends and flats.
