Cable shown us a BreakOut on the level 50.0% and BBands.
Here is a difficult situation. Because of the 5-th wave of Elliot, and next target could be a 61.8% and wil revers and fall under 23.6% or will continue to raise.
Anywhay This is only my opininon and I'll keep an eye on it!
