When is the Best Time of Day to Trade Forex?

I have been trading for few years now. I have experienced that timing is very important when it comes to consistent profits. Profits and losses could vary significantly by time of the day. Most trader have trouble being successful in Forex because they are trading during the wrong time of the day. Trading during most volatile time is not easy.
Many Forex traders are more successful during the late US, Asian or early European trading sessions –2 PM to 6 AM Eastern Time (New York), which is 7 PM to 11 AM UK time. Volatility during these sessions is not high. Early US session considered to be the most volatile. False break out and price spikes are very common during this time. Some time new traders are mislead by these and they make wrong moves and they end up with big loss. Individuals ability to react in pressure varies.
I feel during less volatile time I have more time to make better decision and I have experienced the best results during the Asian trading session .
