Well today I had one of those days to remember in trading.
I say remember because the bad old days you have to try to burn a
fire for never forget. The yesterday sperations was bad, 2 were
activated SL and the last jumped at breakeven, it's something can
happen and you need to take no great importance ... but has come into
play here psychology ... and I wanted revenge to Marketplace. So the
result has been operating recklessly, it's the worst thing you can do
... and I return to starting point....
Weekend to reflect and return to work relaxed and try to don't take revenge on anyone ...

The thing is you think you are trying to improve your psychology when you can only make it worse . If you think of SL or breakeven or revenge then you are herded with the crowd and end up only harming yourself;

You even said it yourself "operating recklesly"

The best thing to do is just go; sort of like when needed to go to the bathroom; you just enjoy it and go; you don't plan it.......lol
