The past few days we've seen a bit of a move in the metals. Actually we are once again seeing a big divergence between silver and Gold. Today Gold being about flat on the day, while silver broke to new highs.
In fact, Silver was up 3% yesterday, and at the time of writing 1.5% today.
In the past when we've seen such a divergence, it led to a bearish reversal. Will this time be the same?
Here is the weekly outlook in Gold
The pair is threatening to break out of a longer term weekly channel, though it has not done so as of yet. If we see a definite break, we could potentially see a longer term reversal in the previous metal.
