It is Friday already and how is your trading so far?

If is not so profitable, read my 3 Simple Tips on how to be a Better Trader.

TIp 1.
Have a enough rest and sleep.
A well rested body and mind will help you trade much better. A sleep about 6-7 hours is good enough during trading days. And during the weekends when the market is closed, try to get more sleep to at least replace the lack of sleep during trading days. Try to get 10 hours of sleep!

Tip 2.
Have proper nutritious food and plenty of water.
A well balanced food intake is good for the body of a trader. Also drink at least 8 cups of water. Avoid excessive tea or coffee plus energy drinks is not good for the body cause of its side effects.

Tip 3.
De-stress yourself after a hectic trading day by watching movies, exercising or just hanging out with friends. Remember the markets are always there tomorrow! For the weekends, just find some activities away from the markets, such as having a trip to some where you never been before, visiting museums, go hiking and etc. You surely will have an enjoyable time.
