Today is day of the seafood.. We will go to visit local fishermen for our new project and go to the local fish market.. It is not very romantic trip, but very useful. For every day eating are good dorado, lubina, sardines, calamary, octopus, you just must know the secrets how to make them... Local fishermen sell them really cheaply, only 2-3 EUR per kilo, but you must take them a lot and it mean that next day after fish market you must have a little party of the seafood, but this is already part of the social network, natural social network....
