It is the end of the Dukascopy marathon contest for me, but it is not the end of the lifestyle changes I have been practicing. It has been a very enlightening experience and a big challenge to myself. I have learnt to appreciate the benefits of healthy living and sticking to a work-out routine.

I actually feel very proud of myself, yeah I did!


I will be going to bed with a big smile. 21 days of strict adherence to some very serious life style changes.

Today’s achievements:

  • 10,000 steps in a run
  • My cross-fit routine
  • 75 sit-ups in three sets
  • No alcoholic drinks or beverages or processed drinks or juice
  • No fast food
  • Social network time still down to an hour and half
  • The punk style still on
  • Then I went native and rocked my caftan today, been doing the traditional attire all week.
I want to thank everyone who took out time to post comments on my entries, those who gave likes, my wonderful sister for her camera skills that helped in my recordings.

Special thanks to the fruit seller guy and the discounts on the ton of fruits I have consumed within the last three weeks.
More thanks to family and friends who supported me.

It was fun and a good challenge.
