I have the chance to live under the sun year round and the beach is 5 minutes away from my home, so for me there is no such thing as getting ready for the summer as it lasts the whole year.
I put on my bikini every week so I try to maintain my fitness throughout the year and try to combine a healthy lifestyle with a rigorous workout program.
The most important is to keep your body toxin free. I do not drink or smoke. I also try to eat in the most healthy way.
Of course I have my cheat days here and there but my diet mostly consists of fruits, vegetables, proteins (fish, meat, eggs) and simple carbs such as brown rice or pastas.
I also workout about 5 times a week and I combine about 45 minutes of cardio (running, stairs, spinning...) with weights.
Sleep is also very important as it keeps us beautiful ;-)
