Goodmorning!
So,
Woke up early, did ten reps and 3 sets of some ab workout and push-ups.
Started to go jogging and after 400 meters I got that burning sensation in my chest!
I really am not in shape man!
Just walked for the rest of the way
I have totally lost it...
What an couch potato I am!
Walked a bit more today, so yeah!

I don't know how accurate these apps are, But Yesterday i didn't reach the daily 10000 steps..only 6781...
Ahh well,

I am very happy that I saw this challenge, just the extra motivation I needed to start the exercises.
I walked around with the Idea for months, but never started.
I looked at gym memberships, making schedules but never lifted my ass from the couch
