Posting today was hard. It has been a very hectic day.It is Easter Sunday, so I had a lot of family and friends to visit. Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but I was exhausted by the time I got back home. And that is something else that has been happening for the past few days, I have been getting 6 - 8 hours of sleep. A doctor friend told me it is due to all the physical activity I have been engaging in.
Today's 3 sets of 25 sit-ups
The 10,000 steps at the start of everyday, during which I do in a run or fast walk, is a very god way to burn off an insane amount of calories.
The cross fit routine also went quite well. It isn't getting any easier, but I am able to go through the entire routine without any serious break-down.
FOOD
For breakfast, I went with a simple sandwich and cup of tea. Drank two bottles of water before it was even noon. Two more for lunch, which I had at my mum's. A plate of boiled yam and fresh tomato stew.
For dinner, I got some more pineapples and mango. My intention is to do a pineapple/mango salad. I saw the recipe online and it looks good; essentially a mixture of both fruits with some vegetables thrown in. A simple but very healthy meal.
No fast foods or alcohol either; had to bail out on all toasts today.
LIFESTYLE
My social media activity is still being limited to an hour and a half a day. I spent most of it sending out Easter and holiday greetings to friends and families. I also made some calls; I am very sure now that people do value calls to text messages or posts. At some point this coming week, I will need to trim my punk-hairdo back in place to keep things stylish and fresh.
