Today's work-out happened outdoors. Daylight came in a bit early, so I decided to do a mountain climb and used the venue for my work-out routine. Anyone thinking about this should wear comfortable shoes and go with a floor mat. Mountain tops are not as comfortable as you would think.

But the air is fresh, and the view is relatively impressive. I did my cross-fit routine and the sit-ups.


For the 10,000 steps challenge, I did an eight kilometer run/ fast walk. Like I have mentioned earlier, it is important to pace yourself,



go at a speed that is comfortable. It is not about how fast, but how well and the level of consistency.




FOOD

  • Beakfast: toast bread and three glasses of fresh orange juice
  • Lunch: A plate of spaghetti and vegetables
  • Dinner: A bowl of pineapples


Still taking in an adequate amount of water, at least three liters a day. No alcohol and no fast food joints.


LIFESTYLE

Its Friday, so we were dressed down at work. I still have the punk hair-do, and a blazer on a long-sleeved shirt and cotton pants.
The only thing missing was my tie.


My social media time is still down to an hour and half, it was actually less today. I had a lot to do at work, barely had time to use
the office PC. I hope my boss is not reading this.
It was a good day overall.
