And shorty about night swimming.. I try them now almost a week, just 10-15 min easy swimming - first experience shows me that is better do them 2-3 hours before of sleeping. During first hour they give lot of energy and only during some hours I feel little tiredness. Daily it is easy to fix with coffee and in the night is just good to sleep, but don't miss the moment. During this small point of weakness is better to go to sleep, after missing this I get 2 times some extra energy and I had to walk almost one hour in the night streets for relaxing and slumber again.
