Summary of the week
1. Achieving a Goal. Goal one-Positive self-talk. I failed last week on positive tone due to loss of job and tried to be positive but it was really hard to keep the mode. But by the weekend I recovered. Goal two. It was to design commercial website. I collected sufficient resources by now and chose the word press to start with.
2. Spend less time on a social network. This was really helpful not to spend on the social network. The only problem is now looking at WhatsApp messages. Maybe it is a good idea not to look the messages frequently.
3. Take a break once a week. I dig more information on this and realized how important taking the break and shared in my previous post.
4. Take last meal 3-4 hours before sleep. I feel that it is a really good habit to be fit and healthy, I am following it regularly now.
5. Do not eat in front of TV or PC. I am no more eating in front of TV or PC, work is work, eating is eating.
6. Walk 10000+ steps every day. This is hard to follow every day, yet I am trying hard. I sold my car and postponed to buy another one and trying to walk on every occasion I got.
7. Run at least once a week. I am running for a short distance once a week.
8. Stretching exercise, every morning. Not long 5m exercise works for me
9. Not to compare yourself with others. This is a hard one. I still working on this.
