The day started out pretty well for me. I was really early and was able to do my 10,000 steps in another run.
The run was followed by my cross fit routine and the three sets of 25 sit-ups required. It was a rather hot day, the average temperature was 36 degrees and I found myself taking in a lot of water.
As usual, I watched my pace, I didn't run the whole 10,000 steps. Fast walks when I got tired, and periodic runs until I completed the target distance.
FOOD/LIFESTYLE
Breakfast was toast bread and several cups of freshly squeezed orange juice,
while lunch was a place of beans and boiled plantain. I should mention here that lunch was delicious. I made sure there was always a bottle of water nearby to keep me well hydrated.
I was a bit swarmed at work, so I had little or no time to check up on social media activity. I realized today that my Instagram posts have reduced to an average of 4 posts in two days. My calls on the other hand have increased significantly, I find that it is faster to make a call than wait for a feedback from an SMS or Direct message.
In summary, these changes have freed up time for me to do other things. Normally, the extra hours I would have spent watching several videos (Instagram/Facebook), now I have this free hours to sleep and read.
Yes! I have been sleeping well and early.
Some lifestyle changes are not necessarily a bad thing; with my alcohol level basically at zero, these last eleven days have been very healthy indeed.
