Sport
  • #pullinstomach - 30 reps.;
  • #morningexercises - 30 push-ups and stepping (current steps for topping up yesterday's shortfall);
  • #eyesexcercises - done using video from day 11.
Food
  • #drinkwater - target 2 liters - done;
  • #non-carbonated drink- Milo and tea.
Lifestyle
  • #meditate - doing prayers soon after posting this.
