Current status for my day 14 of week 2:

  • #morningexercises - done 30 (am) + 20 (pm) push-ups;
  • #eyesexcercises - done using video from day 11.

  • #drinkwater - target 2 liters - left 2nd half;
  • #non-carbonated drink- milk.
Lifestyle
  • #meditate - done with prayers.
