Sport is my passion, I can fell dissatisfaction of myself when I skip gym. I like to make my workout in gym, because here a lot of space and you can get inspiration from other people around You. Here I like to make different sets of exercises: for legs, arms or back… Every day you should work more with one different part of body, of course don’t forget stretch exercises and cardio training.
Gym clothes also important, I like leggings and t-shirt with special motivation notes (“Just do it” , “Shut up and squats”, “No excuses”, “Fitness is life”.)
Also good alternative to have some dance lessons from time to time. It develops your coordination and make move all your body. At the same time you can relax and be just with yourself!
