My the best treatment from autumn depression it is warm blanket and cup of tea.Autum famous with rains and gloomy weather. In such time hard to push on yourself and go out, just kind of business can make me do that.I adore spend time with movies or with cup of tea on the window. Some kind it’s romantic, while raining outside sit in warm and cozy place with cup of something and watch opposite things outside, this bad weather can’t touch you but you can touch it. It’s wonderful.But don’t think that I’m just sitting in depression with movies,tea,under blanket or on the window and that’s it.No, my friends likes it too and most of times we sitting together and it help us. Together we don’t feel lonely or depressed and even if such happens we shearing with each other our thought and good mood immediately comes back.So for me autumn can’t be season of bad mood, I never let it happen and my friends help me in this.
