Im glad that sunny and warm countries exist in the world!
Here in Baltic states we have unstable weather -windy,cloudy,rainy sometimes even cold!!
And as you know if there not enough sun, people become more stressful, upset sometimes depressive.
The only way how we can help cheer up our mood and body it to eat vitamins

This is my today dinner (after normal dinner))
