While eating clean is all good, your body still longs for extra vitamins. I recommend buying spirulina, baobab and moringa. You can mix these powders in water or tea. Also chia seeds have a lot of good vitamins and Eat Clean Bot has some good recipes with chia seeds.
Exercise is always good to do daily because it will get rid of all those toxins and fats which come out on your body as spots. So not only does exercise give us the happy hormones such as endorphins, dopamine and serotonin but it also gets rid of spots.
Of course to get started is the most difficult hurdle. But once you jump over this hurdle it will be much easier!
