We must exercise at least 30 minutes per day everyday to keep healthy, fit and to make sure we are fit when we are old. It will prevent from bad aches and pains. Also it is an excellent idea to look good in a bikini for the summer. So what better time to start other than now? First step is to sign up to a local gym. Then you must go regularly. My plan is to go 3 days a week to the gym and then once a week to go to a social latin dance party which also involves active movements. Then two days a week I will go for a walk, exercise at home or go to dance in a night club with friends. Finally once a week it is an option to rest completely. To see a fast result you must support this active lifestyle with healthy eating. There is a great bot on Facebook called Eat Clean which sends you healthy recepies for any meal of the day. However if your problem is the quantity of food you consume then private message me as I can sell some good quality beverages which kill off hunger which means you will eat much less than usual.
