Baked shrimps with tomatoes and cheese are an excellent option for a small home holiday.
INGREDIENTS:

500 gr of shrimps
6-8 tomatoes
small bunch of parsley
4 cloves of garlic salt
and pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry Italian herbs
50 ml of white dry wine
4 tbsp. l. olive oil
100 g feta cheese
For this recipe, ripe, but dense tomatoes are best.

How to cook baked shrimps with tomatoes and feta?
Turn on the oven 180 degrees. Peel the shrimp from the shells and legs, cut the tomatoes into slices. Put the tomatoes in a roasting dish and add shrimp, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, dried herbs and olive oil. Stir and send the bake for 20 minutes.
