I start my morning by drinking two hot cups of water. This is a good way to cleanse and keep healthy. Drinking two hot cups of water each morning will get rid of and prevent headaches and migraines as well as help to cure illnesses.
After my body is cherished with clean water I must not eat for 40-45 minutes. Otherwise the food I do eat will sog in the water I just consumed. So this gives me a perfect amount of time for my morning exercise.
