Normally I just eat water boiled chicken breast and veggie (simple and healthy)
Today I just feel like cooking something nice because it is weekend.
I bought the following ingredients
Salmon, mushroom, celery, broccoli, pasta and mushroom cream soup
Obviously what I gonna cook is Creamy mushroom, celery, broccoli, Salmon pasta lol
It is so easy to prepare.
Put some salt on the surface of salmon.
Boil the pasta for 7mins and drain away the hot water then rinse it with cool water
Boil the mushroom, celery, broccoli for 4-5mins and also rinse it with cool water
Heat olive oil to non-stick pan on medium heat. Add salmon and fry it for 3-4mins.
Add mushroom cream soup into the fried salmon.
Pour in all mushroom, celery, broccoli and pasta and heat it up for 2-3mins.
You can also add some black pepper.
Done. Lazy people tasty dish!
