Hi, dear friends! Today, the task of doing 16. Here in Ukraine a lot of national traditional dishes such as "dumplings", "stuffed", "tolcheniki" ... But today I decided to show you how to prepare "Ukrainian borscht."
First, prepare all the vegetables that we will need to prepare "borscht":1) Potatoes;2) Bow;3) Carrots;4) Meat;5) Beets;6) Cole;7) Beans;8) tomatoes (you can use tomato paste);9) parsley, dill.
10) Bulgarian pepper.
In the first place, ready to add the broth and beans beet. A cooked meat we get from the pan.
While the cooked beans and beet, clear the rest of the vegetables.
Then, cut the potatoes and onions into small pieces, and three carrots on a large grater.
Throw chopped potatoes in a saucepan. After that, cut the cabbage and pepper, and after the boiled potatoes, too, throw them in the pan.
Then, in the heated pan, pour a little oil, and put it in the prepared onions and carrots.
While the roast onions and carrots, cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
We send our tomatoes in a blender until smooth.
The finished mixture is poured into the pan. Should simmer a few minutes and while boiling add a little sugar.
Cut into small pieces and send our meat to the pot.
Finely chop the parsley. Throw it in the pot after we salted and peppered our soup.
After that, give borsch boil 5 minutes, then turn it off.
"Borscht" is ready
