Armenian Cuisine is as ancient as its history, as the land it is standing on. Armenian culinary traditions are over 2000 years old.

Here I want to share one of the popular family dishes, Ajapsandal.
The main ingredients are eggplants, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, and cilantro. Some variations of the dish also include potatoes and the chili pepper. All the ingredients of Ajapsandal are common Armenian food and readily available during the summer season.

Believe me, it is not to hard to prepare! Here my friends from Moldova, Poland and Japan have enjoyed it / little proud of myself /
