Hey guys,
I'm gonna tell you about 2 more foods you should try if you go to Japan.
Ramen!!!!! It is really popular and famour in Japan, though it's a chinese food. Japanese Ramen is a little different though.
People in Japan line up for miles to eat at a good ramen place. They are usually hole in the wall places that are hard to find .
Japanese people LOVE food and can eat a lot. I saw a report that of the body type that can eat a lot and not get fat, Japan had the highest number of these kinds of people.
The egg in the ramen, is really special. It's cooked perfectly. The broth is rich and creamy, the meat is super tender.
The other food I wanted to tell you about was wagashi, or traditional Japanese sweets. Usually eaten with matcha tea.
I love them. They are often but not ony made with bean or sesame or rice or chestnuts. They are not too sweet to me, but they are sweet. The matcha is bitter and so they go well together.
