The Satellite Tournaments are run in order to provide a chance of participation in Main Event tournament at REDUCED BUY-IN for which Satellite tournament is being organized for. Usually the name of Main Event is specified in the name of the Satellite tournament.

In Dukascopy Community Poker Satellite Tournaments are run for two Main events:

- for Weekly 800 USD Tournament . Tournament info…
- for GRAND PRIX 3,500 USD Tournament. Tournament info…

As it is specified in the Tournament descriptions in order to participate in Weekly a player will have to submit a BUY-IN of 30 PKRs, and for GRAND PRIX the BUY-IN is 100 PKRs.

“Satellite to Weekly” tournament participation and acquisition of one of the ten first places provides an opportunity to earn 30 PKRs (cost of the weekly buy-in) for small buy-in of 5 PKRs.

“Satellite to GRAND PRIX” tournament participation and acquisition of one of the ten first places provides an opportunity to earn 100 PKRs (cost of the GRAND PRIX buy-in) for small buy-in of 10 PKRs.

So, if you do not have enough of the PKRs in order to register for the MAIN Event CAH Tournaments in Dukascopy Community Poker, go ahead and register for the Satellites and get your MAIN Event tournament BUY-IN at the reduced COST!
