Продолжаю делать зарядку и упражнения на пресс Все, конечно бы хорошо, но сложно сочетать две разных цели - развитие своего магазина в Инстаграм и тратить меньше времени на соц сети)) но я стараюсь, даже получается много времени проводить с детьми. Всем привет! Хочу показать вам свой перекус сегодня: творожок, фруктики, банана всего лишь половинка, так как он калорийный но полезный Делаю каждое утро упражнения на растяжку.
