Day 20 ( 2nd Last Day )

Hola, Hello, Hi, Hey, Assalam-0-Alaikum People of community !! Hope everyone is fine ))
Second last day of the contest.. Gonna miss these days.. The month was spent fabulous by performing deeds and tasks of the marathon .... !! Moreover, during this month i have lost some weight which is a good news for me and i am happy ( YAYYIIEE ).

Day 10 : Report !

Assalam_o_Alaikum Peeps !
It was my 10 th day of the challenge in the contest ..
So far its going good and i have been doing all the relative tasks of the contest..
Today i ate salad at lunch. I love salads especially the cucumber in salads ( IT's YUUMM )..
Salads have plenty of health benefits specially the green salads. They will boost blood levels and provide anti-oxidants to the body.

Day 5 Challenge: Salad Dressing !

Hey !
Today's Task for the contest was to dress salad with lemon or wine vinegar.
I personally like to eat salad with few drops of lemon and pinch of salt and black pepper.
Salads are part of our daily meals especially at lunch time and i usually make simple type of salad.. sharing its ingredients for you people. All the veges should be in raw form..
Ingredients for the simple salad are:
1. Cucumbers
2. Salad leaves
3. Onions
4. Radish
5. Tomatoes
6. Onions
7. Lemon (1 small)
8. Salt (to taste)
