Laziness is something that every person has to a bigger or lesser extent. People say, that the ones who normally use their brains at work (as opposed to physical work) also tend to be a loooot lazier on a daily basis. And I admit - I'm a lazy person. Very lazy. Today is a lovely Sunday with lots of sunshine and a festive mood, so I would like to welcome you... to my face. Bare, not polished, without a drop of make up (no eyebrow tattoos or add-on lashes) and even a zit on my chin. I'm a human just like you and I love to treat my face with make-up free days and lots, LOTS of moisturizing. Day 7: No Way Back
7th day of my Dukascopy marathon. 7th day of healthy eating, lean plant-based proteins, vegetables and fresh breakfast smoothies every day. 7th day of mental and physical challenges. 7th day of strength and sense of achievement.

Day 4: Sunday With Treats
