DAY 20 - HABIT OF REVIEWING TRADES

Although I prefer to spend quality time with friends and family on weekends. In recent times, I take out couple of hours on Saturday's and made a habit of reviewing trades made during the week with a focus on:
1) What I missed and specifically why
2) What I did well and how I can do more of it
3) What I did badly and how I can prevent it happening again and also whether I can turn it to my advantage by doing the opposite
There is zero chance any trader ever had a perfect week regardless of money…

Hello, Everybody!
) this is strange Task I think, because I don't like to film "good things" I do everyday, publish them, saying "Look what I did" )
But I also see, yes it works also for others, it creates a wave of good actions. We already seen is as "Ice bucked challenge" become a trend.
I hope that doing some good things everyday and helping others, it wouldn't be so special, but will become Normal healthy habit
So in this case I think Dukascopy did it great! to make us not "spray cold…

DAY 3 - BAD TRADING HABITS

The best way to correct bad habits is through training.
Run a simulator and trade it. Each trade identify what went right, what went wrong, and what needs to be corrected. Simulators are good because they cut down on wait time and you can trade months in a matter of hours. List each thing that needs attention, and mark off each time you violate one of those rules, do this over and over again until you aren't marking any of them off any more.
