NASDAQ to all-time highs, S&P500 and Dow strong

NASDAQ hit a new all-time high last week. S&P500 and Dow are still trading well below their respective highs but posted a strong weekly close. Relaxation of the new trade tariff terms by the U.S. and North Korean steps toward denuclearization have been a real boost to risk sentiment. That said, I continue to believe that we'll see SP500 at 2500 before 3000, especially if U.S. treasury yields keep rising.

The bull seems tired now

The bull seems tired now . After a very long period of bullish trend the Nasdaq now is ready for an huge correction as testify by the stochastic and RSI oscillators
The moving average of 50 days confirm my view . I try to use the Murray channel pattern to find a valid target price for augus , that considering the last price action could to be the 1/8 line ( -7% from the current level)

Macro-Market Brief 10/26

* Wall Street had a slightly erratic day opening down, springing up and then unwinding. Currently the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 0.3% while the NASDAQ is down 0.55%. * AAPL (Apple Inc.) is down more than 2.5% after opening down from above $118 at yesterdays close to under $114 at the opening this morning. Even so, its' uptrend is still holding up although weak trading tomorrow could break the trend which would be a sign that the NASDAQ might capitulate through this months range. My bias …

Ups and downs. Mostly ups though :)

January, the13th,
When you lose on a trade - you have to get back on track right away. After closing the first position on the picture I decided to put in another one right away. Waiting for a little retracement or putting in a conditional order would have been much smarter but the pitfall was my default stop loss went in unchanged and was hit. In this position one always puts the stop loss just over - rather then just under the 117.00 line. The stop loss from the previous position is still visi…
