Day 18

Side-track:
Since morning until 2 pm SGT, I've had 2 of apple and 2 of Chinese-pear fruit slices; then followed by a hard-boiled egg.
I may take a small meal/snacks (like nuts/fruit slices) later on to energize and push off my big meal until dinner time.
End of the day, I seek get a deficit on my intake of calories against my daily caloric need.
This method/experiment is part of my intermittent-fasting strategy to cut down my belly-fat.
Hopefully, it'll work to my favor more than otherwise.

Day 11

Hello,
Edwin reporting my day 11 of week 2.
Sport
  • #pullinstomach - 30 reps.;
  • #eyesexcercises - to reduce/prevent unwanted eyes-fatigue, I'm trying out another method by using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfyPXUs3C3c.
  • #morningexercises - stepping around the neighbourhood;
Food
  • #drinkwater - target 2 liters - done;
  • #non-carbonated drink- Milo (for breakfast) and green tea to #replacecoffee.
Lifestyle
  • #meditate - with prayers;

Day 2 status report

Hello,
Edwin here.
Day 2 status:
My 1st cup of water before today's morning exercise.
The rest of the day's water hydration will be done with 1-litre bottle. Finishing it twice would reach today's target. So, need not consciously keep track of each cup to hit 2-litres minimum.
To prevent frequent urination due to excess intake, the hydration shall be done in moderation, evenly spread throughout the day.
Yesterday's exercise was walking 10,000 steps.
