It is little sad that this marathon will end, I just find perfect road for good mountain run. 3-4 km, 400 m up and down, hard, but not danger.... I try to add some video little later about this. The view is perfect, almost all the time in the seaside (I add a picture, it is behind of the cactus flowers)...

One small sample of the wild running.. Run on the rocks. Usually you can do it not more than 15-20 min. If you lose the concentration then you fall and it hurts. Best side of that kind of run is that you never can think about something, only run without mistakes..

Today I will take pressure little down. Hardest part of the marathon is in the middle, approximately the half of the distance and the end. Real character and power you need in the last 10-15% in the distance. Our marathon is very flexible and in the weekends you can allow just dance. Huh, nice.. After second short swimming I feel good. I like this 2-3 times short swimming idea, it really works. Recovery time is very short, refreshing energy is huge, emotional side very positive. Very important is not to lay down and start sleep in the sun like a tourist, but just live you live and have a fun. 2-3 hours after this you feel little weakness, but it is time for coffee and snack (only please don't eat octopus with coffee, I try once) and everything is wonderful... And also I will follow my 3 time sleeping program and also 3 time sporting program. Even with very hot days is important to keep your blood moving. You just must more check pulse and try to keep it on the 120-130 level. Shortly for 3*5/10 min is good go to 140-160 but for normal humans it is enough. Heavy shift, we have 35 C today.. I must testify that no way for run with this weather... I hope that 2 hours what I spend in the ocean will be accepted as part of the marathon.. I just lie in the waves and float with the them..

Today's easy fun will be snorkeling, temperature is 28C, wind almost zero, beach with the lava slopes 700 m and there is usually a lot of fish... so let it be...
